TTS-36/52 Dual Turret

The TTS36 / TTS52 is a compact multi turret turning center for simultaneous machining. Two SPINNER servo turrets cut at the same time, and each turret holds 12 driven BMT45 tools. Designed for simultaneous machining of high-precision parts in small and medium production runs. Choose the TTS36 for a 36 mm spindle bore or the TTS52 for a 52 mm spindle bore. Industry leading power/sq ft requiring 30% less floor space.
The sub-spindle moves along Z2 to take parts from the main spindle. It also moves along X2 to support the part with its integrated live center. Y-axis is standard. The base is a rigid vertical monoblock casting with linear guides, and the 90 degree bed lets chips fall clear of the work. An MK2 tailstock for the sub-spindle is available as an option.
