Do you have local support in the USA?

Yes, we have a team of Spinner direct service engineers as well as local full service distributors.

As our base of customers grow, we add service engineers to make sure we quickly get your machine back up and running when it goes down.

Do you inventory spare parts in the USA?

Most parts are supplied by our warehouse in Germany, with a typical one week door-to-door lead time. We also carry a limited number of high wear parts in our Minneapolis warehouse.

What type of warranty is provided?

Spinner North America offers an extensive 2 year parts and labor warranty on all of it’s machines.

Can I get a time study on my parts?

Yes, time studies and runoffs many time are recommended to prove out your parts cutting process.

Where are Spinner CNC machines manufactured?

Our machines are manufactured in our facilities in Germany and the EU.

Does Spinner make its own turrets and spindles?

Yes, by being vertically integrated we can meet the demanding expectations of our German engineered designs as well as provide better spare parts availability.

Where can I see a Spinner CNC?

We have a technical center in Minneapolis, plus several dealers around the country that can facilitate an in person visit to evaluate Spinner CNC equipment.

We also invite our customers to visit the Spinner headquarters in Munich, Germany for a factory tour and in depth evaluation that will leave you impressed.

What type of training is offered?

Spinner North America offers both classroom and onsite training.
