TS850 / XL Large CNC Lathe
Large vertical design lathe for shafts and chucked parts, with long-travel Y-axis and liquid-cooled dual spindles.
The TS850 is a universal CNC lathe for large bar and chucked parts. Swing over the slides is 23.0 in (585 mm). The TS850 has a turning length of 49.2 in (1,250 mm). The TS850XL has a turning length of 72.8 in (1,850 mm).
The left and right spindles have the same design. You can select an 85 mm or 125 mm spindle for each position. A CNC tailstock is available instead of the right spindle. The turret has a Y-axis with ±3.9 in (±100 mm) of travel as standard. An optional hydraulic steady rest moves on its own cross slide, so it stays clear of the turret.
